Italian trombones of the beginning 1900 by Ditta Massara
These two rotative valves brasses were made by the piedmontese firm Luigi Massara, that worked in the areas of Asti and Ivrea from 1888 up to 1926. It was on of the best italian brasses maker, so that it exported its instruments into the whole Europe, and USA too.
One of these trombones has a normal straight bell section, while the second one has the bell curved upwards. The latter was made only to specific order of jazzbands, so that it is a rare model.
Both instruments are in good conditions, valves are of course to be oiled before use.
Prices: the straight one 200 € - the curved one 300 €
