Italian old six strings mandola

Old italian six strings mandola, it can be tuned like a guitar (e-a-d-g-b-e). This kind of instrument is typical of the northern area of Italy bordering on Switzerland and Austria (you can see a similar instrument in the folkloric image below).

The mandola here on sale must be very old, because it has heightened frets instead of plane frets as all modern mandolas have, it can be dated at the beginning of 1900.

This instrument is in excellent conditions, with the exception of 1st and 2nd frets, that should be replaced. It is small and light, but its sound is very strong.
